Historical Trauma Training - Our training equips professionals with a deep understanding of historical trauma and its lasting effects. Participants will explore how power dynamics shape their interactions and learn how their roles fit within larger systemic structures. This training fosters awareness, accountability, and strategies for more equitable and trauma-informed practices.
Entrepreneurship and Digital Success - We provide aftercare support for Black entrepreneurs transitioning out of the child welfare system, helping them establish independence and stability in adulthood. Our programs offer guidance on digital success strategies, business development, and digital safety, equipping individuals with the skills to navigate the digital landscape securely, implement effective strategies, and access the technology and resources needed to build and sustain successful businesses.
